PAINTING & DRYWALL · TRI-STATE AREA
Fresh walls.
A room that feels cared for.
From a drywall patch to a room that needs a new coat of paint, Renovation Kings helps finish the surfaces you see every day.
YOUR PROJECT, IN DETAIL
Repair the surface. Plan the finish.
Drywall and painting work often go together. A hole, damaged seam or stained ceiling may need preparation before paint can finish the job. Renovation Kings handles wall and ceiling repairs, patching, finishing and interior painting for homeowners and rental properties.
For a patch, send a close-up and a wider view of the wall or ceiling. Include the approximate size, ceiling height and whether the area has texture. For painting, describe the rooms and surfaces involved, including trim, ceilings or doors when applicable.
Spot painting and painting a whole wall are different scopes. An older finish or a different paint batch may make a touch-up visible. Tell Sean whether you have the existing paint and whether your goal is a local repair or a refreshed full surface.
If staining or damage followed a leak, mention the cause and whether it has been addressed. Repairs and drying conditions affect the scope. We serve Northern Kentucky, including Burlington and Florence, with Tri-State projects discussed by location.

HELPFUL DETAILS
Before you get started.
Can a small patch be painted by itself?
Sometimes, but a touch-up may remain visible. Share the existing paint details and discuss whether spot painting or painting the full surface better fits your project.
Can you handle drywall after a door or bathroom update?
Drywall, trim and paint can be discussed as part of those projects. Include the surrounding wall repairs when sending the scope so finishing work is considered.
