Renovation Kings LLC works directly with property managers, rental companies and rental owners on repair and improvement scopes. Service includes Northern Kentucky, Greater Cincinnati and nearby Southeast Indiana, with each location and schedule confirmed before work is arranged.
Work-order requests can include doors and hardware, drywall, trim and other repairs. Turnovers can combine painting, flooring and finishing work. A grouped punch list helps show everything that needs attention before a property is ready for its next resident.
For an occupied property, describe the repair and any access arrangements. For a vacant rental, send the turnover list, photos and intended timing. Include the person who can approve the scope and any materials the owner plans to supply.
Sean can discuss the requested work, estimate details and scheduling directly. If priorities change or an additional issue becomes apparent, the scope needs to be discussed. Homeowners are welcome too; a rental company is not required to request any of our services.
